Efficiency, integrity and operational excellence are the vital elements for trade execution within the commodities trading world. Contilink Commodities Solutions is an independent principal execution (Logistics and Operations) provider for traders of physical commodities.
Principal Execution
We provide principal execution of physical purchase and sale in accordance to client contracts, along with logistics, warehousing, insurance and operations for traders, producers, users and financiers (Participants) of containerised commodities.
Reduce Overheads
We enable our customers to minimise primary and secondary overhead costs for operations execution and logistical support by outsourcing their usually ‘in-house’ back-office and so they can focus on their individual core business.
Logistics Management
We are a principal handler of freight, logistics solutions, trading documents and liability cover. Our expertise in the commodity and shipping industry allows us to offer the most competitive freight rates and logistical simulations, warehousing and insurance, giving our customers the competitive edge.

An industry experienced, currently operational team
The Execution team is made up of experienced operators in the commodities field and continue to utilize its proven investment/risk/legal processes, as well as adopt in-house committed execution trade-flow from our customers.
Contilink’s management team all have specific sector commodity experience and an in-depth understanding of commodity trade flows, structured trade financing, commodity trading systems and platforms globally.
Cornerstone Service Agreement
Commodity trading companies acts as a cornerstone customer to employ Contilink for freight, logistics management and execution services.
Contilink will also have the ability to provide operational risk assessment management and insurance coverage.
Rigorous corporate risk governance
Contilink adopts rigorous Corporate Governance processes including Independent Directors and Execution Committees.
Operation Risk oversight, insurance,
compliance and legal teams have been pre-agreed with separate service agreements to enable full coverage of all-risks with specialised companies in this field.
Global coverage
Contilink will have a global coverage to capture the most trade-flows and opportunities and to provide for a balanced geographical risk profile.
Around the clock execution teams will cover all time-zones for our Customers. Strategic locations which will enable lowest cost Selling, General and Administrative Expenses (SG&A).
Independence
Contilink does not have any affiliation to commodity traders, financial institutions and/or other industry participants. We are solely non-biased independent solutions provider.
All trades and services will remain strictly confidential and anonymous with the highest integrity. An independent Board of Directors shall ensure strict governance independent of any stakeholder.
Ethical and socially responsible investment
All Execution shall take into consideration appropriate Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) criteria and Contilink will not participate in sectors or execute counterparts with unknown or unacceptable environmental social standards or any other sanctions.
Contilink will become a signatory to the Principles of Responsible Investment.
